Job Summary

Join Comcast's Enterprise Business Intelligence team as an AI Product Manager. In this role, you'll drive the development and success of AI-powered products, focusing on growth and marketing domains. Your responsibilities will span the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to market launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives and maintaining a competitive edge.

Opportunity Assessment

• Analyze the competitive landscape to develop a long-term vision and strategy.
• Identify new opportunities and prioritize product features based on business value.

Definition & Discovery

• Identify new experiences and platform opportunities.
• Refine options to meet consumer needs and business objectives.
• Assess the feasibility and usability of proposed solutions.

Requirements, Common Goals

• Translate business requirements into experience and platform priorities.
• Ensure alignment with privacy, security, and ethical design standards.
• Establish reporting structures for customer behavior tracking.

Architect, Prototype

• Develop Minimum Lovable Products (MLP) and working prototypes.
• Evaluate prototypes to determine functionality incorporation.

Design/Lovable Products

• Finalize designs based on MLP requirements and use cases.

Develop And QA

• Integrate code into existing platforms.
• Facilitate usability and experience testing.
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

Product Launch

• Conduct final trials and bug fixes.
• Support Market Product Managers in release management.

Optimization And Support

• Refine products based on user data and feedback.
• Manage inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.

Other Competencies

• Define and implement business processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and prioritization skills.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Product Management, particularly in AI and machine learning.
• Deep understanding of AI technologies and agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in marketing or telecommunications industry preferred.

Education And Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in marketing technologies and business analysis.
