Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer to join our team at Guidehouse. In this role, you will utilize your exceptional problem-solving skills, experience, and education to provide strategic tools and digital infrastructure services support. Your responsibilities will include rapidly identifying use cases, applying artificial intelligence methods, and implementing scalable solutions across our client's environment.

As an AI/ML Engineer working on a DoD contract, you will collaborate with agency-wide efforts to address unique mission challenges. You will develop AI solutions incorporating machine learning (ML), neural networks, intelligent process design, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA). Additionally, you will engage in client services, business development, internal initiatives, and ongoing professional development.

Requirements:

• Active and current SECRET federal security clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM-related field.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in AI/ML, with a focus on developing and deploying AI/ML models.
• Working knowledge of USAF, DoD, and IC infrastructures.
• Experience with TensorFlow, Python, C++, or similar programming languages.
• Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Familiarity with the MLOps Framework.
• Experience working with cloud data processing technologies, such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, data science, software development, or a related STEM field.
